Claims & Disputes

 

If you do not receive your item(s) within 10 days of the date on which the item(s) were dispatched to you, we shall have no liability for the undelivered goods unless you notify us in writing within 20 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you. We shall be entitled to make such investigations as we deem necessary to satisfy ourselves of the validity of any such claim and will liaise with the relevant couriers to confirm if non-delivery or disputed delivery has occurred.
